The consortium is operated by its founder and managing directors.  The purpose of the consortium is to leverage the skills, capital resources, professional influences and services of its members to create high quality developments in primarily urban environments as well as redeveloping non-performing assets. The Focus will be predominately on for-sale developments varying in type with a secondary focus on mixed use & commercial/residential class B developments held for lease.  Associate members of the consortium will have the opportunity to benefit financially and professionally through their membership.  Qualified associate members will have the opportunity to further benefit by having either ownership or equity interest in select developments created in association with the consortium.
