  • Development Plan and Budget     Preparation of a development plan and full financial break down of the total development cost (TDC) needed to undertake the project. The elements of the break down will include all of the necessary data need to secure financing.        
  •  Construction Budget     Preparation of a detailed construction cost break down showing all of the line item costs to construct the project.        
  •  Site Plan     Preparation of a   siteplan showing the proposed structure will be situated on the property in connection with all of the inclusion of other elements such as monuments, landscaping, parking etc.           
  • Preliminary Drawings     Initial schematic  drawings will be prepared of the proposed developments floor plans and exterior elevations.
  • Final Architectural Drawings     Final construction drawings and specifications will be prepared and ready for submission for building approval and for bidding to contractors.    
  • Project Management   We will oversee the supervision and construction of the entire development.
  • Marketing & Promotion   We will handle all aspects of marketing and promotion of the project.  This will be done in part with use of traditional real estate brokerage services and also various other forms of media.
